Our system scans supply-side and demand-side signals daily: factory launches, wholesale-market movement, launch calendars, global search acceleration. It watches the twelve seated products with the same instruments it uses to find their challengers.
Verify
Before anything is offered: origin confirmed at the maker chain, compliance checked for destination markets, sourcing channel secured. Every claim in a dossier carries a source — or it isn't written.
Reserve
Retailers and distributors reserve quantities with a protected deposit. We buy only against confirmed orders — zero inventory means no speculation is priced into your quote.
Deliver
DDP to your warehouse or store: customs, duties and battery-compliant freight handled end to end. The price we quote is the price you pay, delivered.
The replacement rule — winner stays on
We sell exactly twelve products at any moment. Never a thirteenth.
When a challenger runs measurably hotter than the weakest of the twelve — sustained, not a one-day spike — it is verified, signed and seated. The dethroned selection retires to the public archive with its record intact.
Every order placed is always honoured, whether or not the product keeps its seat. Dethronement stops new orders; it never touches yours.

We buy only against your confirmed order. No stock gambling, no clearance pressure, no aged goods.
Reserve with a deposit. If we cannot source your allocation, you are refunded in full — in writing.

Questions we get
What does "zero inventory" mean for my lead time?
We purchase after your order is confirmed, so lead time = sourcing + freight for your market, quoted per product in the dossier. What you never pay for is our warehouse risk — because there isn't one.
What happens if a product I ordered is dethroned?
Nothing, for you. Dethronement only stops new orders. Confirmed orders are fulfilled on the agreed terms, always.
Is my deposit safe?
If we cannot source your allocation, the deposit is refunded in full. The refund condition is written into the order terms — drafted and reviewed by a practicing Chinese trade lawyer.
Is there a minimum order?
It varies by product and is stated in each dossier. We deliberately work with a small number of partners per product, per region — first and few, not everywhere and average.
Who handles duties and customs?
We do. Quotes are DDP — Delivered Duty Paid. The number in your dossier is the number on your invoice, delivered to your door.
Are these genuine products?
Yes — origin is verified at the maker chain before a product is seated, and the verification is part of the dossier. All brand names belong to their owners; ChinaTwelve is an independent sourcing curator.
